• Acting as liaison for US Operations on new launches, promotions, and product/packaging changes in assigned category/market
• Managing assigned category NPI projects to deliver to agreed upon timeline, cost, and quality according to defined NPI principles
• Establishing strong cross-functional project teams engaging with the relevant stakeholder groups and securing the resources required to deliver the project
• Developing and maintaining project timelines, risk logs, meeting notes, highlight reports, and ensuring project information is updated regularly in various trackers/tools
• Driving continuous process improvement by recognizing unnecessary complexities and process gaps, and proactively engaging appropriate stakeholders to formulate and execute effective solutions
• Developing strategic and cost-effective plans while minimizing operational impacts and business risks
• Gaining an in-depth knowledge of assigned OpCo/Brands' business strategies, providing input into development and flawless execution of approved plans. Includes sharing accountability/ownership of assigned business performance metrics
• Managing the impact of product lifecycles in the marketplace to minimize finished goods and NTM write-offs

• Bachelor of Science degree in relevant field with 5+ years of relevant work experience, or Associate degree in related filed with 7+ years of relevant work experience
• Proven project management skills
• Ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams of varying levels of seniority
• Excellent in written/oral communication, negotiation, decision making, and analytical problem solving
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence stakeholders across the commercial and operational business
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to lead and drive the execution of multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to rapidly changing priorities
• Good attention to detail together with the ability to plan and manage activity and interdependencies across a large number of workstreams
