About the Job:
• Monitor patients throughout their treatment.
• Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs.
• Ensure that patients take their medication.
• Assist doctors and registered nurses.
• Liaise with patients' families.
Qualifications:
• LPN state licensed
• CPR certified
General Purpose: A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in providing direct patient care and is an essential member of the healthcare team. LPNs typically assist Registered Nurses (RNs) and often supervise one or more Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in implementing care plans and ensuring patient comfort and well-being. They administer medications, monitor patient vitals, perform basic wound care, and assist in daily activities. LPNs actively participate in patient care, helping to maintain patient health and safety through diligent and compassionate service.
