Job Overview:

As a HR Solutions Architect with SuccessFactors, you will be instrumental in designing and leading the architecture and solution delivery of the HR platform at Ahold Delhaize. You will partner with stakeholders to continuously evolve and deliver an HR platform that supports local brands globally, enhancing the associate experience while maintaining compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead IT Teams:
Inspire and guide IT teams across Architecture, Solution Delivery, and IT Service Delivery to develop a high-performing and service-driven culture.
Design IT Solutions:
Architect economically viable, commercially sensible solutions for business or technology domains that align with business objectives.
Manage Architecture IT Roadmap:
Define and manage the architecture IT roadmap for the HR platform, aligning it with the global IT strategy and the Enterprise Architecture roadmap.
Compliance & Governance:
Ensure architecture governance processes are followed, maintaining compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Financial Discipline:
Integrate financial discipline into architectural processes, ensuring that platform roadmaps stay within the businessâ€™s financial constraints.
Evolving HR Platform:
Develop and continuously improve the HR platformâ€™s architecture in alignment with the HR Domain strategy. This includes supporting core HR and payroll systems for 400,000 associates across 8 countries (including the USA, Netherlands, Belgium, and Central Southern Europe).
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with global HR functions, local HR teams, and shared service functions for HR transaction processing to shape technology solutions.
Architectural Governance:
Implement governance for the HR platform, ensuring compliance with HR, security, and industry standards.

Required Qualifications:

Education:
A relevant Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience:
At least 8 years of management-level experience in Enterprise environments, particularly with SuccessFactors modules.
HR Platform Experience:
Proven experience in HR Platform Architecture, HCM Solutions, and/or Payroll Systems.
Industry Experience:
Experience in multi-site, multi-country retail, FMCG, CPG, or eCommerce organizations.
Certifications:
While not mandatory, certifications such as TOGAF 2, TOGAF 9, Prince2 Foundation, or ITIL Foundation are highly appreciated.
Familiarity with Methodologies:
Experience with Agile Methodology, Scrum, Agile Architecture, Archimate, and Business Case Development for architects.

Preferred Qualifications:

Expertise in the deployment and architecture of global HR systems (SuccessFactors, payroll, or HCM solutions).
Strong understanding of the future of work trends and how HR technology can transform employee and associate experiences.
