Drivers using the Uber platform come from all backgrounds and industries ranging from traditional driving and transportation industries to other industries. Median earnings in your specific location may be lower than the city figure. Since median is the middle, you may make more or less than the median amount. For the avoidance of doubt, drivers are paid based on their completed trips, but not hourly.
