Key Responsibilities

Member Engagement
- Engage with members to help them connect with fitness and wellness services in the club.
- Identify and pursue opportunities in the club to educate members about our services.
Sales & Sales Management
- Track sales performance to implement improvements in the sales process.
- Leverage the sales platform to manage the lead and sales pipeline for the personal training department.
Personal Training Oversight
- Support the Personal Training team by helping manage their sales pipeline.
- Assist Personal Trainers in overall business development and client support.
Peer Leadership
- Lead and motivate the fitness and wellness teams by fostering a culture of collaboration and constant improvement.
- Help bridge the gap between O2 Fitness Personal Training, Renew Physiotherapy, and Loop Nutrition for all O2 Fitness members.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Nationally accredited Personal Training Certifications (e.g. ACE, NASM, ACSM, CSCS) or a degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Science are highly desirable.
Experience: A proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the fitness industry, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively educate, motivate, and inspire clients.
Client Experience Expectation: A client-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and provide exceptional customer experience to clients.
Motivational Skills: Ability to inspire and motivate individuals to achieve their fitness goals through effective coaching and support.
Adaptability: Flexibility to work with clients of different ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds, adapting training programs to suit their specific needs and preferences.
Organization and Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively handle multiple clients, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records.
Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and behavior, adhering to ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality.
