Our client is seeking a Site/Civil Design Project Manager who will plan and direct project management activities within the Design Engineering Department of the organization. The Site/Civil Design Project Manager will ensure all initiatives and processes are in conformance with the organization's established policies and objectives. The successful candidate can sit in any of our client's offices in North Carolina: Charlotte, Raleigh, Winston-Salem, Wilmington, or Asheville. This position is hybrid - three (3) days in the office and two (2) days from home. If you live outside one of these office locations, remote working is an option for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate is an individual who is highly proactive and a strong communicator. The candidate has experience managing and performing civil engineering design including areas such as site/land development, stormwater management, and hydraulics design.
