*REGISTERED NURSE POSITION- BEHAVIORAL HEALTH*Horizon Health* is seeking a *Registered Nurse* for our clinic in *High Point, NC*. The *OTP Registered Nurse* prescribes, delegates, coordinates, and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with the interdisciplinary team members and in accordance with the nursing process and the *OTP *standards of care and practices.
• RESPONSIBILITIES:* Dispenses Methadone and other medication, per physician orders and per clinic policy
• Accurately record all patient information in the patient record
• Completes brief assessment of patient's mental and physical well-being, monitoring for signs/ symptoms associates with licit and illicit drug use
• Participates in UDS surveillance, per policy
• Coordinates medication reviews and staffing with agency physicians
• Completes all required controlled substance inventories to ensure accurate medication counts
• Conducts patient education programs according to needs identified, including health and wellness education
• Participates in treatment team meetings, providing feedback to the interdisciplinary team

• Requirements:* Current NC RN license, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years RN experience in an addiction care setting (Inpatient, Detox, Partial Hospitalization, OTP) preferred.
