Job SpecificsReparar y mantener motores marinos interiores y fueraborda, garantizando un rendimiento óptimo.
Diagnosticar y solucionar problemas mecánicos y eléctricos complejos en embarcaciones.
Realizar ajustes regulares de motores y cambios de aceite para prevenir fallas.
Llevar a cabo inspecciones detalladas del casco, identificando y abordando desgaste o daños.
Instalar y reparar sistemas eléctricos de embarcaciones, incluyendo equipos de navegación y comunicación.
Reemplazar o reparar hélices, sistemas de engranajes y otros componentes clave de embarcaciones.
Mantener registros precisos de los servicios realizados y garantizar la finalización oportuna de las órdenes de trabajo.
Asistir a los clientes en la selección de equipos marinos adecuados y brindar orientación sobre su uso.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas de seguridad marítima y los estándares de la industria.
Mantener un espacio de trabajo limpio, seguro y organizado, incluyendo el almacenamiento adecuado de herramientas y materiales.
Qualifications and Experience
QualificationsDiploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente (GED).
Certificación en reparación de motores pequeños o un campo relacionado (preferido).
ExperienceMás de 2 años de experiencia con motores marinos (requerido).
Más de 3 años de experiencia en mantenimiento y reparación de motores marinos (preferido)
Familiaridad con sistemas eléctricos de embarcaciones, cableado y diagnósticos.
Fuertes habilidades para resolver problemas y atención a los detalles.
