What You'll Do

Design and implement a state-of-the-art machine learning operations platform.
Develop automated scripts, workflows, and pipelines to build, test, and deploy machine learning solutions seamlessly.
Build reusable Python libraries that empower data scientists to accelerate their model development and deployment.
Create and maintain REST API solutions for serving machine learning models.
Write comprehensive unit tests and resolve any code quality or security issues.
Establish and promote best practices for developing and deploying machine learning models.
Automate deployment processes, reducing manual intervention and ensuring a smooth path to production.
Implement robust monitoring solutions to maintain the health and performance of the platform.
Collaborate with networking and operations teams to optimize load balancing and performance.
Adhere to and enforce security standards and guidelines.
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative work culture.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in development and/or operations, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact solutions.
Expertise in Python programming and AWS in an enterprise environment.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker, including Helm deployments.
Strong skills in Unix/Linux, bash scripting, and GitHub Actions.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
A commitment to creating high-quality, scalable, and secure code.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
Knowledge of load balancing and traffic optimization.
Familiarity with information security standards and compliance protocols.
