Key Responsibilities:

As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services.
You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.
In this role, you are expected to build knowledge and support the team, as well as participate in problem-solving discussions.
Advanced proficiency in Program Project Management is required.
Estimation and Planning, Scope Management, and Release Management skills with advanced proficiency are recommended.
Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure successful program/project delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Monitor and track project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
Identify and mitigate risks and issues, implementing appropriate solutions
Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
Sometimes weekend support is needed as it is a release management role.
Once a month approximately the resource will be required to support over weekend
100% onsite in Charlotte, NC
Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience on release management
Minimum 3 years of experience on PM, project planning & estimation
HS Diploma / GED
Preferred Qualifications:

Agile/Scrum methodologies
Banking domain knowledge
Strong communication skills
Bachelor's Degree
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
