Intapp Employee Compliance is a cloud-based enterprise software platform that streamlines employee compliance for financial services firms. This tool integrates Personal Trading Oversight, Employee Disclosures, and Material Non-Public Information Management for automated monitoring and robust firm-wide analysis and visualizations.

In this position, you will join a team of brilliant, friendly, and energetic solutions architects, developers and Project Managers who strive to deliver best in class custom solutions to our customers. What you will do:
Design and implement features, enhancements, and bug fixes for the employee compliance platform.
Participate in all phases of software development from design to implementation, testing, release, and maintenance.
Work closely with product managers, other developers and QA team.

What you will need:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields.
Strong fundamentals in Core Java and data structures.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot code level problems quickly and efficiently.
Experience in frameworks like Spring/Spring Boot.
Experience in relational database design & modeling.
Experience in RESTful API design and implementation.
Experience in using version control tools like Git.

Bonus if you have:
Experience working in public cloud (AWS, Azure) environment.
Master's degree in computer science.
Prior work experience in JAVA development.
Experience working with PostgreSQL.
