Responsibilities:

Lead the demonstration of adherence to the LSEG Data standard policies and procedures.
Develop and understand LSEG's commercial strategy and how technology is transforming these processes.
Adapt quickly to new technologies, tools, and frameworks as needed for projects.
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Design, develop, maintain Power BI dashboards and data models to support analytics and reporting needs.
Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize data insights for stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to gather and implement efficient solutions.
Support and understand cloud-based solutions using cloud providers with end-to-end processes.
Document data processes, models, and best practices in establishing integrations with enterprise data management systems and repositories.

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience of a data modeler with 5+ years of experience in data transformation and proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
Experience in Microsoft Suits and grasp of data modelling tools ( Draw.io, LucidCharts etc.)
5+ years of experience in SQL writing queries and executing SP's.
Knowledge of version control systems ( e.g. Git we use Bitbucket, GitLab)
Expertise in creating comprehensive documentation using systems like Confluence and bug tracking software like Jira.
Understanding of cloud platforms AWS, AZURE, or other cloud providers with hands on experience with dataflows, databricks, adf, glue, ETL's, and ELT's.
Familiarity with Python, React, JavaScript, Power Apps, and other programming languages is highly desirable.
