Job Responsibilities Dispatch service vehicles to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs.
Enter service calls into our Field Service Management System.
Confer with customers or supervising personnel in order to address questions, problems, and requests for service.
Relay work orders, messages, and information to or from field personnel and branch management.
Monitor service personnel in order to accurately coordinate service and schedules.
Assist in processing and billing of service invoices.
Experience, Competencies, and Education Previous Office and/or Dispatch Experience Preferred.
Must be dependable and detail-oriented.
Customer Service experience.
Strong communication skills:
Must have the ability to listen and speak plainly and communicate effectively.
Able to multitask and perform a variety of tasks effectively.
Problem-solving skills:
Must be able to prioritize the most important situations, evaluate, and resolve issues efficiently.
Other Requirements Candidate must have a strong internet connection and the ability to work rotating weekends.
Strong Computer Skills.
Ability to work under time constraints efficiently and have the ability to work well with others.
