We are seeking an experienced Environmental Engineer, Geologist, or Environmental Scientist with a background in environmental site assessment and remediation. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in their specialty and be looking to advance their career to the next level to support project management and business development efforts while continuing to advance technically. Alongside a diverse team of experts, this mid-level environmental professional will support a variety of small to large scale environmental projects through preparation of work plans, investigation and remediation strategies, review and interpretation of data, and regulatory reporting. Essential Responsibilities & Duties

Perform data management and analysis, prepare reports and technical presentations for delivery to clients and regulators.
Support development of conceptual site models, remediation strategies or design packages depending on specialty.
Provide technical oversight for complex field assignments or construction management as needed. Overnight and weekly travel may be necessary to lead these field teams depending on scope and staffing.
Coordinate and lead office and field tasks and provide project management support. Delegate work, train, and mentor project teams, as needed.
Develop scopes of work and proposals.
Support development of conceptual site models, remediation strategies and design packages.
Provide mentorship and training for junior staff.

Minimum Qualifications

BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering, Geology, or related degree; MS is a plus.
EIT/GIT, PE/PG, or ability to obtain.
4-8 years of professional experience in environmental consulting.
40-hour HAZWOPER training.
Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
Willingness and ability to travel on short-term or long-term assignments as needed.
Valid Driver's License.
