Night Shift 1 charge RN, 6 RNs, 1 LPN, 2-3 PCTs, HUC for part of the shift
Patient Ratios 6:1, Goal is for charge nurse to be out of staffing to assist. Night stretch ratios is 7:1.

Travelers float before permanent staff.
Weekends and On call (if any)
Weekends: every other weekend or 6 weekend shifts per 6 week schedule.
