patients with CHF, MI, CP, arrhythmia, Pulmonary Hypertension; valvular disease, endocarditis; DKA; post cardiac cath/stent; post pacer/ICD/ ablation.

Must have:

Stepdown or progressive care experience Telemetry experience Experience with titratable or cardiac IV medications like nitroglycerine, Cardizem, amiodarone, dopamine, dobutrex, insulin drip, heparin, bumex/Lasix; etc.
Preferred or nice to have:
candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Experience with prostacyclins (Flolan, Veletri, Remodulin).
