What You'll Do:

Lead Quality Checks:
Perform essential QC Line Checks, ensuring every product meets our high standards.
Ensure Compliance:
Oversee the quality, labeling, and compliance for both raw materials and finished goods.
Test for Success:
Conduct product retain tests and monitor long-term stability for continued quality excellence.
Be a Cross-Functional Pro:
Get fully cross-trained as an Applications Technician, making you a valuable asset across multiple teams.
Safety First:
Follow all company safety guidelines to keep yourself and your team secure.
Lend a Hand:
Collaborate with other departments as needed, ensuring smooth operations company-wide.

What You Bring to the Table:

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent experience (Associate or Technical Degree in quality control or chemical manufacturing preferred).
Experience:
1-2 years of work experience in Quality Control or Manufacturing, ideally in Chemical, Printing, Textile, or Paper industries.
Skills:
Strong algebra and math skills for calculations (percentages, dilutions, ratios, etc.), and experience with Windows, Lotus Notes, Excel, BaaN, and Delta V.
Problem-Solver:
Bring your troubleshooting skills to the table and tackle challenges head-on.
