Position Description:
CGI Federal is seeking a Bilingual IT Solutions Analyst/Consultant that has experience on the state/local level working with childcare services, social services, etc. This position will function in an advisory capacity related to client solution development and delivery. We are seeking someone strong in IT on strategy (governance, policy, etc.) and someone that possesses understanding a wide range of technology infrastructure, data, integration, business applications, security, etc.
• Based on client requirements, the ideal candidate will reside in Central Time Zone or West Coast Time Zone
• Your future duties and responsibilities:
Conduct needs assessments, develops IT strategic plans, and provide consultations to child/family serving programs on a variety of information technology process improvement issues.
Support the oversight and execution of defined strategies with child/family serving programs across the country
Collaborate with Childcare SMEs, Strategy SMEs, and other Technology SMEs who are supporting other serving program
Work with managers and clients to gather business requirements, identify deliverables, and support IT strategies
Support development of vision and strategy for application modernization from a childcare/social services lens
Provide strategic direction for client deliverables
Analyze a situation and formulate effective solutions
Analyze alternatives to support decisions regarding solutions and how they impact business outcomes
Translate system requirements
Identify and manage risk
Collaborate and coordinate technical assistance delivery
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Bachelor's degree in related field
Bilingual proficiency:
Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Experience working within any type of child, youth, or family serving programs
Strong analytical skills and ability to see the connection between layers of business applications
Strong communication skills
Experience in a consulting capacity
Public sector consulting experience a plus
Experience facilitating workgroups and communities of practice
Excellent writing and presentation skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, concurrently

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $78,400.00 - $154,300.00.
