Shodair is looking to add a Compliance Support Specialist to our team! The Compliance Support Specialist serves as the administrative support within the nursing department, targeted case management, social services, and school-based services. This position will create and maintain organizational systems to ensure and track compliance standards applied by the state of Montana, The Joint Commission (TJC) and the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
The ideal candidate is someone who:
Is detail-oriented and can read, research and understand program policies by accrediting agencies.
Can complete chart audits with high proficiency.
Is highly organized and can maintain electronic and paper medical records and files.
Has experience with performance improvement efforts
Is proficient in Word and Excel

Requirements
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED along with 3 years of experience in compliance or auditing required, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Experience in the health service industry is preferred.
Must be proficient in Word and Excel.

No certifications required for this position.
