Peds to adults (peds experience preferred): Peds Neuro, Traumas, Heart and Vascular, Surgical Oncology, General, Urology, GYN, Neuro, Craniotomies, Thoracic, Robotics, ENT, Ortho, Ortho Trauma, Podiatry, Dental, Plastics, Breasts
Patient Ratios: 1:1
Orientation (how many shifts): up to 1 week
Scrub Color: procedural scrubs provided
Parking: free
Culture: fast paced environment
Job Requirements At least 2 years of OR experience required
RN: experience with the above patient types, circulate that can scrub, IV starts (preferred)
CST: experience with the above patient types, ortho/trauma, neuro (spinal fusions, craniotomies) required
Schedule Information Weekend rotation: call only
Call schedule: Both RNs and CSTs: 1 weekend/month, Saturday and Sunday - 0700-1900 or 1900-0700. 2-3 overnights/month - EOS-0700
30-minute response time - no sleep rooms
Holiday Expectations: no holidays
Schedule cycle: every month; call schedule will be given out 2 months in advance
Unit Specific Information Charge Nurse - does not take an assignment
Support on the Unit: CSTs, FAs, Surgeons, Anesthesia, RNs
