Job specification

Collaborate with nursing management to oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with nursing standards and policies.
Provide support to clinical staff in various departments as needed, including patient assessments, care planning, and intervention implementation.
Assist with administrative tasks, including staffing coordination, quality assurance, and performance improvement initiatives.
Facilitate communication between nursing staff, physicians, and other departments to promote teamwork and patient-centered care.
Participate in patient care rounds, addressing patient needs and concerns while promoting safety and quality.
Support training and orientation for new nursing staff and contribute to their professional development.
Engage in data collection and analysis for performance metrics to drive improvements in nursing practice.

Candidate requirements

Current RN license in Montana.
3-5 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting, with administrative or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong understanding of nursing best practices, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to various clinical environments and support diverse patient populations.
BLS and ACLS certifications are required; additional certifications in nursing administration are a plus.
