We are excited to offer part-time and full-time opportunities at one of the top private EMS providers in the country, dedicated to delivering exceptional emergency medical services. We value our employees and offer competitive compensation, along with a $15,000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions requiring a 2-year commitment.

Position Summary:

As a Paramedic, you'll play a crucial role in providing compassionate and high-quality patient care. Your duties will encompass both basic and advanced medical services, delivered with professionalism and efficiency.

Your Responsibilities Include:

Assessing each emergency call to determine the most appropriate actions based on advanced Paramedic protocols.
Utilizing advanced medical equipment and procedures to deliver top-tier patient care.
Communicating effectively with patients and their families to provide reassurance and information regarding the care being provided.
Leading and managing the scene and unit as the Paramedic team leader when necessary.
Collaborating with all health and public safety personnel to ensure optimal care delivery.
Employing triage skills for efficient call management.
Providing care in accordance with clinical protocols and safety standards.
Safely maneuvering and lifting patients as required.
Coordinating with receiving facilities to convey critical information and receive medical directives.
Driving the ambulance responsibly and effectively to reduce response times.
Communicating with dispatch to maintain clarity on call data and customer feedback.

Additional Responsibilities:

Engaging in community programs to uphold our organization's image and strengthen community ties.
Maintaining regular communication with customers and staff to ensure we meet their needs.
Performing any other assigned duties.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED, with some advanced education preferred.
Current Paramedic certification in your state or an application pending.
Current National Registry certification.
Valid driver's license.
Current certifications in BCLS, ACLS, PALS or PEPP, BTLS.
Driving record that meets safety and policy standards.
Ability to pass drug and background screenings.
Able to pass a physical agility test (PAT).

Experience:

Some prior experience in the healthcare field is preferred.

Salary Range: $53,913.82 - $84,866.18 depending on experience.
