Job Title: Certified Surgical Technologist
Job Specialty: Operating Room / Scrub, Scrub Technologist, Perioperative
Job Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM; 5-7 days of call per scheduling period
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience required; 2 years of previous operating room experience preferred
License: N/A
Certifications: Certification preferred
Must-Have: Experience in a fast-paced, supportive surgical department environment
• Perform scrub duties and assist in providing safe, consistent, and effective operating room procedures.
• Work in a busy 25-bed critical access hospital environment.
• Participate in maintaining a sterile environment during surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure all supplies and equipment are available and operative for procedures.
• Participate in call rotation, including one weekend per month.
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical records system.
• Provide coverage during holiday periods as required.
