About the Role

As a Financial Advisor, you'll be the face of our retirement planning expansion, bringing your expertise to help clients secure their future.
You'll guide clients through a comprehensive planning process that spans investments, fixed-indexed annuities (FIAs), and life insurance.
Supported by a state-of-the-art marketing machine and a dedicated appointment-setting and support team, you'll connect with individuals seeking your help for a confident financial future.

Primary Responsibilities:

Meet with qualified clients the firm provides to assess their financial needs and goals.
Develop and deliver tailored, comprehensive financial plans that align with client objectives.
Gather assets and close new business in a fee-based AUM and FIA-focused environment.
Follow our streamlined process to ensure consistency and impact for each client served.

Qualifications and Skills:

Active Life and Health Insurance License and Series 65 or 66 License.
Proven experience with financial planning, including investments (fee-based AUM), FIAs, and insurance.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a drive to build lasting client relationships.
A passion for helping clients achieve financial security and a results-oriented mindset.
