My client recently opened several General Dentist opportunities!
They offer clinical support with direct one-on-one mentoring to their Dentists and Specialists. My client allows you to concentrate on your area of expertise, while others manage patient administrative paperwork and office staffing. They strive to hire great people from top to bottom, to ensure efficient flow of daily operations; from the reception area to dental assisting staff.
Not only do General Dentist have the freedom to focus on the clinical side of dentistry, but you have control over treatment plans.

Minimum daily guarantee along with a percentage of production/collections.

Responsibilities:
Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patient consultations.
Work week is typically M-Th 8-5
Repair decayed and broken teeth through restoration techniques, potentially extract teeth, and restore edentulous areas.
Adhere to all federal and government regulations, including the state dental board rules and regulations.
Exhibit positive, responsible and professional leadership at all times, helping to create a great work environment for the clinic team.
Provide Clinic Coordinator and Clinic Manager with any support they may need in communicating requirements to the clinic team, including mentoring and training team members in order to ensure exceptional patient care.
Qualifications for General Dentist :
DDS or DMD degree
Previous experience preferred, but more than willing to bring on those recent/soon to be college graduates.
License (pending or active) issued by the State Board of Dental Examiners
Applicants pending the completion of education or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
