Onsite Position in Shannon, MS

Your Daily Impact as a Technical Support Engineer

In this role, you will be the primary source of technical support for customers throughout North America. You will engage directly with clients to troubleshoot issues, offer solutions, and ensure superb implementation of advanced drive systems in products such as height-adjustable desks, seating, and medical applications. Your expertise will play a crucial role in improving customer satisfaction and product quality, thereby nurturing strong relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver on-site technical service and troubleshooting for customers across North America (USA, Canada, Mexico).
Embark on business trips to client locations providing hands-on assistance and support.
Work collaboratively with customer R&D teams to deliver tailored product specifications and recommendations.
Assist in the setup of showrooms and extend technical support during trade shows and conventions.
Lead investigations into customer complaints, resolving technical issues with appropriate product recommendations.
Participate in technical training programs in the USA, China, and potentially Vietnam.
Provide technical training to clients and internal teams to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Be prepared to travel frequently within North America and occasionally internationally.

Qualifications We Are Seeking:

A degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in the furniture industry, focusing on technical or quality services.
Strong knowledge of recliner mechanisms, electronics, and product accessories.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging professionals at all levels.
A global mindset to effectively interact with North American clients and the international team.
Willingness to travel frequently within North America and internationally when required.
This is an on-site opportunity based in Shannon, MS.
