Nursing Professional Development We are seeking a highly skilled Nursing Education Specialist to join our team at MedStar Health.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the assessment, planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning and development programs that enhance associates' performance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Designing and implementing effective learning programs that promote professional development and support the mission, vision, and SPIRIT Values of MedStar Health.
Conducting educational activities that inform, teach, and facilitate adoption of new procedures, technologies, equipment, and patient care trends with continuing education credits where appropriate.
Collaborating with other departments and experts to obtain information needed to develop relevant learning programs.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Clinical Nursing or a related field and 3-4 years of progressive clinical nursing experience.
They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as basic computer skills.
This role has a competitive salary range of $87,318 - $149,094, commensurate with experience.
