About the Position: This is a time limited position. Employee will work with the Regional Coordinator to prepare budgets and financial reports. Prepares monthly invoices, journal entries, payroll while maintaining compliance with local, state and federal programs. Employee will prepare contracts in a timely manner. Employee will interpret, track, and reconcile accounting data. Providing these services will ensure multiple finances are accurate and up to date.

What you'll need to be Successful: Must have advanced time management skills and multi-tasking skills. Must have knowledge of accounting practices, procedures, and principles. Skill in the use of computer software programs. Skilled in developing financial reports, balance sheets, and knowledge of the local, state, federal, and grants.

Preferred Qualifications: Typically requires a bachelor's degree; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 4-6 years of experience.
