Exceptional Pay and Benefits:
Salary: Top 50% of drivers earn $92,254 annually
CPM: $0.61 to $0.64 per mile
Home Time: Select frequent home time with dedicated fleets or opt for regional or national OTR routes
Practical vs. Short Route Miles: We pay practical miles, which equates to 3-5% more miles each year
Benefits: We offer a comprehensive and affordable benefits package
Profit Sharing: In 2024, we contributed $11 million to profit sharing, and since 2018, Crete has added $91.5 million to employee retirement accounts
Experience: We require one year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience with a Class A CDL
