Description
This position requires the candidate to have strong time management skills and a dedicated work ethic to be in the field; this is not a work-from-home positionResponsibilities
• Demonstrating strong Account Management skills while prioritizing growth
• Proficiently utilizing the CRM tool to build a future pipeline for scheduling appointments, conducting follow-up visits, creating proposals, and closing new business
• Manage the current book of business to ensure excellent customer retention through account management and relationship-building
• Generate proposals for hauling, disposal, and grading options that best suit each customer's specific needs with respect to budgets, timelines, and competition
• Provide required reports as necessary and participate in weekly sales meetings
• This position requires the employee to be a self-starter
Qualifications
• Desire to work within a team environment and build both internal and external relationships within the team and customer base
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Must be able to travel locally
• Must have sales experience
• Must possess strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be able to use MS Office to include Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to pass MVR check
