We are seeking a Technical Operator to join our team in Byhalia, MS. This position is on 2nd shift, 3:00PM-11:30PM Monday-Friday.

What you bring:

Minimum 1 year machine operations or quality control experience in manufacturing environment.
Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements and works in a safe manner.
Self-motivated with the drive, commitment, and high energy to motivate others.
The ability to read and understand written instructions and product specifications.
Must be able to stand for 8 hours a day.
Excellent people skills

What you will be doing:

Operate equipment effectively and efficiently to produce desired output, maintaining high standards of quality required by customers.
Ensure smooth and uninterrupted flow of product by making efficient product changes.
Collaborate with team members and departments to maintain a cohesive work environment.
Adhere to company standards, specifications, and policies while operating equipment.
Produce quality mineral fiber ceiling tile products within specified parameters of quality, material efficiency, and time efficiency.
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workplace to ensure optimal operations.
