We are seeking an experienced Senior Machine Operator-Paint for our Byhalia, MS location. The position is scheduled for 2nd shift, from 3:00PM-11:30PM, Monday- Friday.

What you bring:

Minimum 2 years Manufacturing Machine Operator experience
Experience in machine set-up and computers
Must have a good understanding of how equipment operates in order to clear equipment safely.
High mechanical aptitude with experience trouble shooting equipment.
The ability to read and understand written instructions and product specifications.
Practical knowledge in a continuous flow automated manufacturing process.
Be a hands-on problem solver.
Experience in trouble shooting machine.
Experience in CNC Machine or mechanical background.

Physical Work Environment & Conditions

Must be able to stand/walk on concrete floors for up to 12 hours a day.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced high volume production facility.
Some lifting, bending, stooping, walking up/downstairs, fast-paced walking for some distance.
The ability to lift 60 pounds & 120 pounds with another person.
The ability to shovel heavy waste to shoulder height.
The ability to work in non-climate-controlled conditions for several hours daily while wearing protective + safety equipment required.

What you will be doing:

Operates, troubleshoots, and maintains all machines including but not limited to surface paint, edge paint, edge sanding, lacquer coater and spray cabin.
Visual inspection of raw materials as entering the area and verification of quality leaving the area.

Set, adjust, and maintain process and machine settings.
Reports all the irregularities related to the work of subordinate devices to the supervisor.
Assists maintenance with maintenance jobs, as well as perform small maintenance tasks unsupervised.
