Position Title: Program Manager

Location: Byhalia, Mississippi

Description: HTI is seeking an experienced Program Manager with a brand-new EV manufacturer in Byhalia, MS. This position will be focused on the battery cell industrialization program, including the launch of the new manufacturing facility. This position is Direct Hire, M-F 1 st shift.

What You Need: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

5 years' experience in program / project management in manufacturing

Experience in Automotive or battery manufacturing is a plus

Experience in a fast-paced work environment with end-to-end program delivery

Approximately 10-25% travel domestically and internationally (mostly to China)

What Your Role Will Look Like:

The Program Manager is responsible for driving the battery cell industrialization program, including the launch of a new manufacturing facility in Byhalia, Mississippi. You will manage program scope, schedule, budget, and quality by coordinating across cross-functional teams and working closely with various stakeholders. Your expertise will ensure that our projects meet high standards for quality, remain within budget, and are completed on schedule, ultimately supporting the company's strategic goals for operational excellence.

Program Ownership and Cross- Functional Coordination:

Develop and manage program plans, including scope, schedule, change management, budget, risk, and mitigation strategies.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, IT, R&D, Construction, and Facilities.

Track program progress across all functional lanes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Stakeholder and Partner Management: Communicate regularly with program stakeholders, providing updates on progress and soliciting input.

Manage relationships with JV partners to align on program delivery expectations and ensure successful execution.

Lead milestone review processes with management, supporting and overseeing functional lanes reviews.

Risk and Dependency Management: Assess and address program risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies to maintain project timelines and quality standards.

Escalate program issues as necessary, keeping stakeholders informed of potential impacts.

Requirements Alignment and Process Improvement: Define requirements for functional teams, ensuring alignment with program priorities and objectives.

Support continuous improvement by refining processes and implementing best practices

across program areas.
