Overview General Maintenance is responsible for performing routine repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure building systems operate efficiently.
All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures.
Responsibilities Accountable for all maintenance and repairs of the facilityKnowledgeable in all aspects of Hotel Operations MaintenanceWill assist all other trades and crafts with routine and emergency work assignmentsAbility to work on call shifts for emergencies, holidays, and weekendsKnowledge of painting, carpentry, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, hazardous chemicals, general and preventative maintenanceResponsible for maintaining, repairing, and replacing gaming table layoutsQualifications Be at least 21 years of ageRelated degree preferred or accredited certificationsMinimum 2 years' experienceEffective communication skillsProfessional appearance and demeanorWhat we offer you:
