At Mt. Hood Meadows, we know quality matters. We pride ourselves on providing an enriching experience for all who visit our resorts as we strive to foster a sense of belonging. Our Guest Services Team enrich lives with their helpful and welcoming approach and they look for ways to enhance the guest experience while providing fun, efficient, and informative interactions. Guest Service Team Members' primary responsibilities include fulfilling pass and lift ticket sales transactions, providing guests with resort and operations information, and assisting with trouble-shooting lift ticket and pass media issues.
