Mt. Hood Meadows is in search of experienced Slope Groomers! As a Slope Groomer, you play a vital role that goes beyond operating heavy equipment on the ski slopes - you are an architect on the mountain and the snow is your canvas. Slope Groomers demonstrate their technical skills and ability to maneuver advanced Snowcats over Mt. Hood Meadow's breathtaking terrain alongside an expert team who shares a passion for creating enriching experiences for our guests.

19 years or older for insurance purposes
Ability to be insured to operate company vehicles
Demonstrated basic mechanical skills to perform daily maintenance checks
Must be able to commit to working weekends and holidays during the winter season
Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business

Previous earth or snow-moving equipment experience preferred
Previous experience as a Slope/Terrain Groomer required

Compensation:

Starting Wage: $22.00 Hourly
- Base starting wage will be altered to commensurate additional certifications, licensures, and experience.
