YOUR ROLE
The Customer Engagement Expert role will be directly involved in the coordination, creation, and execution of customer-facing presentation materials. Your knowledge of branding and strong communication skills will directly impact CEVA's customer experience and support business acquisition efforts. This role requires collaboration with internal teams to bring a presentation strategy to fruition. You also have an eye for design and can help craft content within PowerPoint to align with CEVA's brand positioning. You'll be helping establish the Presentations-Focused team within Customer Engagement.
