Key Responsibilities:
This role requires traveling to patients' homes.
Perform bedside wound care procedures and position patients for optimal care.
Independently conduct a wide range of medical procedures, including wound care practices, biopsies, debridement, and suturing.
Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with varying conditions.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
Educate patients on treatment plans, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems.
Engage in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to clinical guidelines.
Provide leadership and mentorship to other healthcare providers.
Stay updated on advances in medical technology and procedures.
Utilize strong clinical judgment to assess conditions and create effective treatment plans.
Navigate complex patient scenarios with confidence and skill.
Qualifications:
Master's or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited institution.
Valid Nurse Practitioner license.
Certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
Eager to develop in a procedural-heavy environment.
New graduates with relevant training are encouraged to apply.
Expertise in wound care management and acute/chronic wound monitoring.
Proficient in using scalpels and performing various medical procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
