Chiropractor Washington, MO (1 hr W of St. Louis)

We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Washington, MO.
We are looking for a Chiropractor who is passionate about working closely with patients, creating long term relationships with them while providing high-quality, individualized care. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor can id entify patient needs, develop outcome goals, recommend a plan of care, and execute the chiropractic wellness plan in alignment with patient goals. Must have the ability to build relationships and educate patients on benefits of regular chiropractic wellness care.

Duties:

Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays
Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications , take-home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic care and intentional wellness plan
Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments multiple adjustment types and drop tables , rehab and various therapies and modalities
Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes) entering visit notes and patient outcomes into electronic health software
Work cooperatively with the CA's, team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
Develop a patient portfolio through referrals, building rapport, and identifying additional opportunities of impact in the community (Schools, Businesses, Lifestyle Groups, etc.)
Report to lead doctor patient progress, potential barriers to achieve desired results
Lead a team to achieve goals set by the clinic
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
- Active Chiropractic license in MO Schedule:
  - Full time (Monday- Friday) No weekend office hours
    Salary (range):
    - $70k-$94k
