About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our respiratory team at Missouri Baptist Hospital. As a Respiratory Therapist - High-Tech Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care activities related to respiratory care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Educational Requirements:
A minimum of an Associate's degree in Respiratory Care or a related field from a CoARC-accredited program is required. A Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Care or a related field is preferred.
Licensure/Certification:
You must hold a current RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) certification and a Basic Cardiovascular Life Support (BLS) certification.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $84,120, based on national averages for similar positions in the St. Louis area. BJC Healthcare offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match and tuition assistance opportunities.
