Join Our Talent Acquisition Team Are you passionate about people, campus culture, and shaping future talent? At Signet, we're on a mission to grow and innovate, and we want you to be a part of it As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll be at the heart of it all-working on projects with university relations, recruitment, onboarding, and giving new hires an unforgettable experience.
What You'll Do:
Create awesome candidate experiences-you'll help ensure new team members feel valued and welcomed from day one Collaborate with university relations to ensure our summer programs operate efficiently and achieve meaningful results.
Be the ultimate intern host-from onboarding to events, you'll support interns every step of the way (and keep the good vibes going in our Teams channels).
Become a Campus Brand Ambassador-help us promote Signet at your school, both in-person and online.
Screen candidates across multiple roles and help find the right fit for each position.
Schedule interviews and make sure the process moves quickly and smoothly.
About You:
Currently studying human resources, psychology, communications, or a similar major.
Expected to graduate between December 2025 and May 2026.
Tech-savvy-you're confident with Microsoft Office and love staying on top of the latest tools.
Social media whiz-you know how to create engaging content and are excited to share your expertise with the team.
You excel in people skills and can effectively communicate with anyone, including peers and company leaders.

Part-time intern starting in March 2025 (anticipate 20 hours/week for approximately 6 months).
Prefer hybrid schedule, as we would love to see you in the office.
(Akron, OH or Dallas, TX) The salary range for this opportunity is $18.00-$19.50/hour .
Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
