Typically, total RN based care with no techs unless stretched. Secretaries are scheduled 7am-7pm in the PCU and are available for a number of resources.

FT Staff:
36 hours/week with every 3 rd weekend rotation, PT staff:
48 hours/week with every 3 rd weekend rotation, PRN 1 Staff:
3 shifts in a 4-week period with 1 weekend shift requirement, PRN 2 Staff:
6 shifts in a 4-week period with 3 weekend shift requirements. Rotating holiday schedule.
• Floating policy:
PRN floats 1 time per week, FT/PT staff floats in a rotation based upon dates, bonus shifts always float first
• Patient Experience requirements:
Bedside shift report, hourly rounding, and daily leadership rounds. Hospital Specifics-
