Title: Quality Data Evaluator
Location: Independence, MO
Salary: $59,350 - $65,940
Schedule: 980 schedule
Focus: The Quality Data Evaluator is responsible for compiling, verifying, and analyzing quality data related to production lot folders, cartridge(s), and subcomponents. This role ensures accurate data entry into databases, coordinates with internal and external teams, and assists with quality reporting to support decision-making. The evaluator also tracks inventory and controlled document changes, maintaining traceability and compliance with quality standards.
Quality Data Evaluator Essential Job Functions:
Compiles and verifies data for Cartridge(s) and subcomponent lot folders, ensuring accuracy before entering it into the Government WARP database.
Submits lot folders for approvals, first to the Quality Engineer or Manager, and then to the Government QAR customer for final approval.
Coordinates with various groups-Acceptance Auditors, Chemical Lab, Ballistics, and Contracts-to gather necessary data for lot folders.
Supports the Quality team with data compilation, reporting, and creating reports, graphs, and presentations for engineering, leadership, and customer decision-making.
Maintains inventories, tracks release dates, manages the NCM database, handles process and acceptance gage moves in TIP database, and assists with controlled document updates.
Quality Data Evaluator Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
Two years of full time experience.
Must be able to perform accurate work focusing on detail.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Comfortable working with individuals at all levels within the organization and the Government customer.
Location-Specific Requirements: Must have a valid US Driver's License.
This position requires access to ITAR controlled technical data, and as such, employment will be contingent upon the candidate's ability to access ITAR controlled technical data pursuant to an export license approved by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls if required.
This position requires successful vetting as an Employee Possessor in accordance with U.S. Department of Justice and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
This position requires successful vetting for unescorted access in accordance with U.S. Army and Department of Defense access policies.
