Certifications: CPI Blue Card (for Behavioral Health RNs and LCSW)
Must-Have:
• COVID-19 Vaccine: Required with Medical/Religious Exemptions only
• Flu Vaccine: Required with Medical/Religious Exemptions only
• Float Pool RN to cover needs in the Medical Surgical cluster throughout the organization
• Orientation: 8 hours, non-billable
• Travelers may start with CPI Blue Card pending and take the course onsite
• Return travelers not requiring re-orientation if returning within 18 months
• Acceptance of local applicants at different rates
• Preferred proficiency in Cerner
• 2 references required in the profile from a charge nurse or above
• Required to work 50% of holidays and weekends during the contract
• Mandatory floating to any area within the organization as a Patient Observer or Sitter
• Specific floating guidelines for various units (ICU, PCU, Pediatrics, Post-Partum, L&D)
• Completion of non-billable modules during orientation and annually, varies by specialty
• Modules are recorded by onsite manager through Cornerstone
