Certifications: COVID-19 Vaccine, Flu Vaccine (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only)
Must-Have:
• CPI Blue Card required for all Behavioral Health RNs and LCSWs; travelers can start this pending and take the course onsite
• Work four 10-hour shifts with 8-10 call days per month
• Must include requested time off (RTO) at the time of submission for approval
• Cerner preferred
• Provide 50% coverage during holidays and weekends as part of the contract
• Floating is mandatory across all units; expected to float as a Patient Observer (PTOB) Sitter
• Fulfill various floating roles depending on unit needs, such as ICU to PCU or MS, Postpartum to MS, etc.
• Complete non-billable modules during orientation and annually, varying by specialty
• Orientation includes 8 non-billable hours
