Participar activamente en el mejoramiento del Sistema de Gestión de calidad/ Seguridad y Medio Ambiente, basado en los procedimientos e instrucciones, así como compartir, comprender y cumplir la Política de Calidad/Seguridad y Medio Ambiente.
Mantener la documentación técnica actualizada, incluyendo BOM, dibujos, y manuales de usuario.
Responsable de generar y gestionar las estructuras de los BOM's durante la etapa de la introducción de producto.
Supervisar todas las fases del ciclo de vida del producto, desde la introducción hasta la eliminación.
Es dueño de la integridad del BOM a través de la vida del producto, supervisando junto a los ingenieros de procesos las acciones necesarias para mantener el óptimo resultado en cuestión de cantidades de uso de materiales tales como los números de parte.
Definir y documentar especificaciones técnicas y funcionales del producto, asegurando su alineación con los requisitos del cliente.
Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con equipos de diseño, manufactura, calidad y ventas para garantizar que los productos cumplan con los estándares de calidad y requisitos solicitados.
Planificar y ejecutar pruebas para validar el rendimiento y la seguridad del producto, asegurando que se cumplan los estándares regulativos.
Implementar y gestionar cambios en el diseño y la producción del producto, asegurando que todas las partes interesadas estén informadas.
Monitorear y analizar indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs) para evaluar el éxito del producto y proponer mejoras.
Habilidades para identificar problemas y proponer soluciones efectivas.
Conocimientos de ISO 9001.
Habilidad para interpretar datos y métricas de rendimiento.
Conocimiento en gestión de productos, metodologías de desarrollo ágil y ciclo de vida del producto.
Manejo de Autocad y Adobe Illustrator, y/o similares.
Información adicional Ingeniería o Licenciatura terminada.
Mínimo 2-3 años de experiencia en desarrollo de producto.
Excelente comunicación a todos los niveles.
Toma de decisiones.
Conocimientos demostrables sobre los procesos alrededor del manejo de la vida del producto tales como ECO, desviaciones, etc.
Conocimientos en MRP, Oracle Fusion, SAP y/o similares.
Capaz de realizar análisis de planos de fabricación, especificaciones de cliente, etc.
