As a Product Assembler (Independent Contractor), you will have the opportunity to work from home, assembling a variety of products.
You will collect the required materials from our Arden Hills, MN location, complete the assembly of product paper games and sticker packages at your own residence, and return the finished products within a two-week period.
This role offers piece-rate compensation, where your earnings are based on the quantity and type of products you complete.

Assemble products according to specifications.Ensure all products are assembled in a smoke-free environment.Pick up and drop off assembled products at Distinctivs Party's Arden Hills, MN location (55112).Complete assemblies within the agreed-upon two-week timeframe.Ensure high-quality standards for all assembled products.Maintain accurate records of work completed and communicate any discrepancies in payment or completed work within the required timeframe.Payment:
Compensation is based on the number of pieces assembled per product category.You will be paid within 3 business days after completing each assignment.
All work must be approved by the client to ensure quality standards are met.Requirements:
Must have access to a smoke-free workspace for assembling products.Must have reliable transportation to pick up and drop off assembled products at our Arden Hills location.Independent contractor status:
You are responsible for your own taxes and business-related expenses.Must be able to lift and carry 30 pound boxes to and from your transportation.Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Prior experience in assembly work is a plus but not required.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.Must be at least 16 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.Any required business licenses, permits, and certifications are the responsibility of the contractor.Additional Information:
This is a flexible, part-time, remote position, allowing you to set your own schedule.As an independent contractor, you will not receive employee benefits or tax withholdings from the client.
You will be issued a 1099-MISC form for tax reporting purposes.How to Apply:
