Position: Test Examiner - Army Continuing Education Services (ACES)
Location: Ft. Snelling, MN

Clearance Requirement: Tier 3 background check (must maintain security level for the contract duration)

Position Overview:
Hatalom Corporation is seeking a qualified Test Examiner to support adult education testing at the USAR Education Center in Fort Snelling, MN. The Test Examiner will work closely with government professionals to administer, secure, and report on various Army Personnel Testing (APT) and civilian exams in compliance with DANTES and Army regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and manage APT and civilian exams, including inventory, scoring, and results reporting.

Maintain strict security of testing materials and handle them in accordance with relevant regulations.

Ensure testing procedures comply with DANTES and APT program guidelines and complete all required documentation accurately.

Collaborate with government personnel for inventory checks and testing material maintenance.

Keep the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) informed of any issues related to testing activities.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (or 3+ years of relevant testing experience in lieu of degree).

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in DANTES and APT programs.

Experience supporting USAR Education Centers and familiarity with Army and Department of Defense testing guidelines.
