As an Associate Data Analyst on either the Strategic Data Projects or Digital Projects teams, you will be working on critical projects to support our business by outlining requirements, establishing problem statements, and transforming relevant data to conduct analysis.
Were looking for someone who is highly analytical, passionate about hypothesis-driven problem-solving, and excellent at getting things done.
These roles require strong communication skills, the ability to manage project scope and deadlines, and a commitment to delivering quality work.
Analysts should recognize that a collaborative mindset and a can do attitude is key in order to learn, contribute and grow at Paychex.
