Sie sind eigenverantwortlich für Ihren Teil des Prozesses zuständig, arbeiten jedoch eng im Team an der gesamten Front-to-End Prozesskette im Rahmen unserer Softwareentwicklung für die KfW IT-Applikationen.
Ihr Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Einhaltung regulatorischer Vorgaben und der Integration mit vor- und nachgelagerten Prozessen.
Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für einen zentralen IT-Prozess im gesamten Unternehmen, den Testprozess.
Die Optimierung dieses Prozesses und die Anpassung an Herausforderungen durch neue Technologien oder Arbeitsmodelle (z.B.
Safe) liegen Ihnen am Herzen.
Trainings und Schulungen zu konzipieren und weiterzuentwickeln, aber auch mal selbst zu halten ist für Sie selbstverständlich.
Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich der Software-Tests und verstehen die Anliegen von Entwicklern und Testern sowohl in der IT als auch in den Fachbereichen.
Sie können auf Augenhöhe mit allen Beteiligten kommunizieren.
Software Entwicklung in der Cloud, CI/CD Pipelines, Container - all das sind für Sie keine Fremdworte.
Regulatorische Vorgaben haben bei Ihnen den gleichen Stellenwert wie Testdaten, Test Tools oder Testmethodik.
Sie treten verhandlungssicher gegenüber externen wie internen Prüfern auf, können Vorgehen und Vorgaben aus dem Testprozess sicher erläutern und vortragen
Das bringen Sie mit
Sie überzeugen uns mit einem Studienabschluss in der Fachrichtung IT, Telekommunikation oder Banken .
Natürlich sind Sie auch mit vergleichbaren Qualifikationen herzlich willkommen.
Sie sollten bereits Berufserfahrung , idealerweise im Banken- oder Versicherungs- Umfeld gesammelt haben.
Entsprechend gut kennen Sie sich im Testmanagement aus.
Sie verfügen vielleicht über eine Zertifizierung als ISTQB "Certified Tester - Advanced Level Test Manager (CTAL-TM)"
Sie überzeugen mit Expertise im Anwendungsdesign und in den Methoden der Anwendungsentwicklung .
Sie werden sich viel mit Prozessen beschäftigen.
Entsprechende Erfahrung mit Prozessgestaltung, Prozessautomatisierung und -durchführung sind daher wichtig.
Wir freuen uns auf Ihren Input im Bereich Testtools jenseits der Entwicklungstest wie bspw.
HP UFT oder den Application Lifecycle Manager .
Außerdem bringen Sie Erfahrung mit Client-Server-Architekturen, gute Englischkenntnisse , bankfachliche Grundkenntnisse sowie Spaß an Analytik, Abstraktion, Konzeption und präziser Umsetzung mit.
